Sculpted in ThoughtLainie is an 82 year old artist who has been painting since childhood. Working primarily in acrylics, oil pastels, and charcoal, her work expresses bold, abstract reflections of her inner world. Growing up in Yorkshire, England, Lainie's sister Josie and Lainie often painted together until she emigrated to Australia in 1971. In Australia, Lainie deepened her interest in art, studying Fine Arts and Ceramics in Wollongong. Now living in Brisbane
